1. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, scrape, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
2. Service information
Service descriptions are general information and may change. Final specifications, availability, pricing, timelines, infrastructure, domains, licenses and support levels are determined by the applicable quotation, order or service agreement.
3. Quotes and orders
A request submitted through the website is an enquiry and does not by itself create a binding service order. A service begins only after the relevant commercial and technical terms are agreed.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate account credentials, using services lawfully and ensuring that content or software they provide does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Domains and third-party services
Domain names, certificates, hosting infrastructure and other third-party services may be subject to the rules, policies, availability and fees of the relevant provider or registry.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability for every website, network, registry, provider or third-party system.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, website content and original materials published by Web Star remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customer-owned materials remain the customer's responsibility and ownership.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Web Star is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, third-party outages, customer configuration, unlawful use or inaccurate information supplied by a customer.
